Hello, my name is Eric Lindsey, and I have personally lived the Moonlight Side Hustle philosophy for the past seven years. I started my career in the construction arena as a skilled union carpenter. The lifestyle was very comfortable, and it provided for my family tremendously. I worked year-round for the 6th biggest general contractor in America from 2004 through 2008. In 2009 the economy became turbulent, and I began to find myself laid off regularly. I eventually landed a stable carpentry job in 2012, but I was there confronted with corporate politics. It was in 2015 that I decided to pursue financial security, not job security. I realized that a job wouldn’t provide the security that I desired for my family. Therefore, I began to study business, side hustles, and real estate. Shortly after making this decision, I launched my first business. It was a janitorial company, and a side hustle real estate business.
I operated this company while maintaining a full-time job in the evenings and on the weekends. While running the Janitorial company, I was studying various forms of real estate investing. I was led to a mobile home park investing site while listening to some podcast. The podcaster offered to pay a fee to anyone that could locate a mobile home park that they could acquire. To make a long story short, I located a mobile home park and submitted the lead to the Investment company. I was funded $125,000 when they closed on the park. This deal was life-changing, and it set me on the path that I am on today. I want to extend to you the opportunity that I discovered.
